Unagi sushi is a popular dish at most sushi places, but have you ever eaten unagi rice bowl? This traditional Japanese meal is known as Unadon or Unaju, but you may also know it as eel rice. The Japanese have a unique fondness for Unadon because nothing beats the delight of eating properly grilled unagi over a bed of heated rice. Oh, and the delicious caramelized savoriness of unagi makes it hard to resist.
